School Holiday Day Care

Holiday Care is provided throughout the year. We are open for half terms, the Easter break, the first four weeks of the summer holiday, and the Christmas Holidays.

We open from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm and provide a wide range of activities all day. Our activities are a mixture of adult-led focused activities and the children's own choices. Examples of activities include talent shows, cooking, baking, and art and craft.

At the club, we feel that outdoor play is very important. We encourage the children to be outside and more often than not visit the local park every day.

Children also have opportunities for relaxation. Which could be in the form of reading a book or watching a film. We understand that from time to time a child may want quiet time.

During the Easter and Summer holidays, the club embarks on fantastic trips. During Easter, they have the chance to go on one trip, and during summer have the chance to go on four trips (one a week). Past trips have included...

  • Wheelgate Adventure Park
  • The Sealife Centre
  • West Midlands Safari Park
  • Snibston Discovery Park
  • Cadburys World

These outings provide great learning opportunities for children. They have lots of fun alongside their peers whilst being under the care of the members of staff from the club.

We feel that the club has something to offer every child. Whether they want to take part in quiet activities or want to be on the move and are very active we will seek to meet their needs.
